Shipment Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be significant delays in shipment of your order, we will use reasonable efforts to contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Rates and Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.  The estimated delivery time for each order is 2-6 business days.  Delivery delays may occasionally occur. Expedited shipping may be available for an additional cost.  Please contact support@ninthandvine.com for expedited shipping options.

Carriers

Orders may be shipped through FedEx, UPS, the US Postal Service or any other reputable carrier. We reserve the right to select the carrier used for your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing any applicable tracking numbers.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

You shall be responsible for any customs or taxes applied to your order.   All fees imposed during or after shipping (i.e., tariffs, taxes, etc.) shall be your responsibility.

Damages

Your order shall be FOB (“free on board”) our location (Ninth and Vine, 7454 Airport Rd, Suite G, West Jordan UT 84084, United States).  In other words, we shall not be liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, you are responsible to contact the shipment carrier and file an appropriate claim.  You must save all packaging materials and damaged goods while the claim is being processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We generally do not ship outside of the United States.  Please contact support@ninthandvine.com to inquire about potential international orders.
